Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, Elevate focuses on individualized goal setting, consistent check-ins, and realistic weekly actions that fit your lifestyle. 

How the Program Works

Week of April 13, 2026 

Individualized Goal-Setting Meetings
Meet one-on-one with Dr. Maurer to clarify your personal goals and create a plan that supports your health, habits, and overall well-being.

Week of April 19, 2026 

Program Begins
You’ll receive a personalized goal-tracking calendar each month to help you:

• Track weekly goals
• Monitor progress
• Stay focused and consistent

Your calendar and progress will be reviewed during weekly check-ins with Dr. Maurer, allowing for guidance, adjustments, and continued support throughout the program.

Week of May 31, 2026 

Wrap Up Week 
You did it!  We’ll get your final progress recorded and celebrate the ELEVATED you!

Premium Membership

Includes everything in the Accountability Membership, plus 3 chiropractic adjustments throughout the program 

• Support for optimal nervous system function

$35 per week
